I fell and was bleeding from a cut on the bridge of my nose.
The staff at VIP Urgent Care were friendly and efficient and I was seen promptly by Dr Nikjoo.
Dr. Nikjoo was kind, professional and explained why my cut required stitches and his recommendation for follow up with an ENT.
He was very busy but still took the time to answer all of our questions.
The facility was immaculate, well run and agreed to bill my insurance.

The front desk people are very curt and not friendly. They do not wipe down the counter or pens between patients checking in. The hand sanitizer was empty. Then a nurse takes you into a room to ask questions (also not friendly and curt) and then puts you in another room to wait. And wait. And wait. I think the staff needs a refresher course in customer service!

I have been to VIP Urgent Care four times over the years and I like it better than my own doctor. Very clean, friendly and they fix me up every time. Very little to no wait time. I will always go to VIP Urgent Care.
